Training – Workplace Harassment Prevention
The Quebec labor standards law and the Canadian Labor Code require every employer to create processes to prevent workplace harassment and to take the necessary steps to stop harassment when it has been reported to the employer. Through the Workplace Harassment Prevention Workshop, you can meet your prevention obligations by training your employees to identify harassment behavior and acquire the appropriate actions to stop it.
Training participants acquire the following skills:
- How to identify psychological and sexual harassment at work
- How to explain the concepts of civility, incivility, management rights, and harassment
- How to recognize the first signs of harassment and the actions to take once it is recognized
- How to report or file a workplace harassment complaint
- How to prevent risky situations that can lead to workplace harassment
- Instruction, case studies, and interactive discussions
- Executives, supervisors, management and employees
