After more than twenty-two years in management positions in large-scale human resources services, Caroline realized that her ability to resolve conflicts contributed to radically improving corporate culture.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Université Laval, a Certificate in Human Resources from UQAM, a Mediator’s Accreditation, a member of the Ordre des ressources humaines agréées and a candidate for certification as a Workplace Investigator, Caroline found her passion in accompanying people and organizations in their relational challenges.
And so, in 2021, Caroline made the decision to launch EVOCrh, to provide a solution to workplace conflict and teach employees how to cultivate environments that are healthy, collaborative and productive.
Her expertise includes training in civility, conflict management and harassment prevention in the workplace, as well as direct intervention with stakeholders at all stages of conflict.
