large-scale human resources services, Caroline realized that her ability to resolve conflicts contributed to radically improving corporate culture.<\/p>\n<p>With a <strong>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Public Relations<\/strong> from Universit\u00e9 Laval, a <strong>Certificate in Human Resources<\/strong> from UQAM, a <strong>Mediator&#8217;s Accreditation, a member of the Ordre des ressources humaines agr\u00e9\u00e9es<\/strong> and a candidate for <strong>certification as a Workplace Investigator<\/strong>, Caroline found her passion in accompanying people and organizations in their relational challenges.<\/p>\n<p>And so, in 2021, Caroline made the decision to launch <strong>EVOCrh<\/strong>, to provide a solution to workplace conflict and teach employees how to cultivate environments that are healthy, collaborative and productive.<\/p>\n<p>Her expertise includes training in civility, conflict management and harassment prevention in the workplace, as well as direct intervention with stakeholders at all stages of conflict.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element
